Tyler has been the General Manager at Ground Force Environmental since 2018, where he is successfully leading the company through its ongoing evolution and corporate growth as an industry-leading, full-service environmental remediation contractor.

Farouk Abu-Hijleh is an Environmental Engineer-In-Training with +5 years of experience in the Environmental Consulting & Construction Industry. His expertise is concentrated within large-scale industrial soil and groundwater remediation, with a focus on water and air treatment.

Jared Rhiness graduated from the University of Guelph with a Bachelor’s degree in Science and Public Policy and Administration. He later graduated from Conestoga College with a Post-grad in Environmental Engineering Applications.
Stefanie Harding has over 10 years of experience in environmental and construction industries as both a project manager and project coordinator with an area of expertise in on-site construction management and operation of large-scale civil earthworks and remedial projects.

Hao is an Engineer in Training (EIT) with a bachelor’s degree in Environmental Sciences (B.Sc.) from the South China Agricultural University and a master’s degree (M.Eng.) in Environmental Engineering from the University of Guelph.
Jose Garavito graduated with a Civil Engineering Degree from the Technological Institute of Zacatepec, Mexico. He, has more than 8 years of experience in the construction industry, and 2 in the environmental construction field. Jose is a Project Coordinator in the Spills & Emergency Response division.
In Skylar Sturgeon’s role as Operations Assistant she is responsible for assisting General Operations & Management, creating and distributing reports, payroll administration, programming various electronics, and assisting general logistics of the Ground Force vehicle and equipment fleet.
